Services

2.2 Client Responsibilities: As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements. You also agree to cooperate and communicate promptly with Wildinx throughout the duration of the project.
2.3 Third-Party Services: In some cases, Wild Inx Studioz may engage third-party service providers to fulfill certain aspects of a project. However, we remain responsible for the overall quality and delivery of the final product.
Ordering and Payments
3.1 Quotes and Estimates: Wild Inx Studioz will provide you with a quote or estimate for the requested services based on the project requirements provided by you. The quote or estimate will include the scope of work, timeline, and pricing details. Please note that the final price may vary based on any additional requirements or changes requested by you during the project.
3.2 Payments: Unless otherwise agreed upon, a non-refundable deposit may be required before commencing any project. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project, prior to the delivery of the final artwork or files. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated to you during the payment process.
3.3 Late Payments: If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, Wildinx reserves the right to suspend or terminate the project and retain any work completed up to that point. Late payments may also be subject to additional fees or charges.
Ownership and Usage Rights
4.1 Ownership: Upon receiving full payment for the services provided, Wildinx assigns the client full ownership rights to the final artwork or files, subject to the limitations outlined in this section.
4.2 Limitations: Wild Inx Studioz retains the right to showcase and display the completed artwork or files in our portfolio, website, social media, or other marketing materials, for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.3 Exclusive Usage Rights: If you require exclusive usage rights for the artwork or files, please discuss this with us before the project commences. Additional fees may apply for exclusive rights.
Limitation of Liability
5.1 Warranty: Wild Inx Studioz strives to provide high-quality services and deliver excellent results. However, we make no warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of the services or artwork provided.
5.2 Indirect Damages: Wild Inx Studioz shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.
5.3 Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all artwork and files before their use. Wild Inx Studioz shall not be held liable for any issues or damages resulting from the client’s failure to review and approve the artwork or files.
Termination
6.1 Termination by Client: You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice to Wildinx. However, please note that any non-refundable deposit paid will be retained by Wild Inx Studioz.
6.2 Termination by Wild Inx Studioz: We reserve the right to terminate a project or cancel an order at our discretion if we believe the client’s conduct violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America/Florida]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America
